Organized by the JU PhD Student Association (TDUJ) from the budget granted by University Authorities, the JU Competition for Financing Doctoral Student Activities consitutes an important form of support for TDUJ members.
The following activities of JU doctoral students may be co-financed as part of the Competition:
• participation in a conference at venues of national scope
• participation in a conference at venues of international scope
• conference organization
• publication fees
• reimbursement of article proofreading costs
• literature purchase
• literature purchase
According to the new regulation, the submission to the Competition is ongoing. The projects can be submitted earlier, but the Competition is still divided in four editions
1st Edition
Projects carried out after 1 January each year. Application submission lasts till 1 December previous year. Results are announced till the end of December.
2nd Edition
Projects carried out after 1 April each year. Application submission lasts till 1 March. Results are announced till the end of March.
3rd Edition
Projects carried out after 1 July each year. Application submission lasts till 1 June. Results are announced till the end of June.
4th Edition
Projects carried out after 1 October each year. Application submission lasts till 1 September. Results are announced till the end of September.
