S2DS – Science to Data Science; Europe’s largest Data Science training programme is accepting applications from analytical PhDs for the next 5 week London programme taking place in August 2016. The programme trains analytical PhDs in the commercial tools and techniques needed to be hired into data science roles. Students work in teams on a real life big data project, proposed and mentored by our partner companies, with lectures and workshops to boost commercial awareness skills and company presentations and panel debates running in parallel to group project work. The projects come from both multi-national companies like Royal Mail, Marks & Spencer, British Gas and KPMG and lots ofexciting start-ups. The programme has run three times already and graduated over 180 PhDs, the vast majority of whom are now in data science jobs.
