Your Career Paths by ŚwistakTM are designed to support you in organizing your career paths and building your personal brand. They can also be helpful in setting priorities in your private life. It is worth using them because they will help you sort out many of the issues you are currently considering.
Presenter: Bartłomiej Świstak Piotrowski

Meeting dates are agreed individually with the host.

Your Career Paths by ŚwistakTM are based on a table in which at the very beginning you enter projects, responsibilities, tasks or activities that are important to you. You can approach the tool flexibly and enter all areas of activity (professional, voluntary, private and others). Thanks to this, you can compare and assess the importance of the actions taken. In the next step, you can define your priorities and abandon the less important activities you undertake.

The meetings will allow you to learn inspiring ideas on time management. The series of meetings responds to your real needs because each doctoral student is being approached ndividually. You will have the opportunity to self-reflect and look at how you can optimize your actions. Your development also takes place as part of your own work between meetings. Cooperation between the mentor and mentee is vital. This is important to achieve your goals and make it easier for you to pursue your own career path.
