If you started your education before October 1, 2019, remember that in the case of foreign travel, in addition to the submitted delegation form, a foreign travel request form and a travel declaration statement must be submitted to the TDUJ office . The foreign travel request form and the travel declaration statement is available for download below (and applies to all except for Collegium Medicum, CM, doctoral students).
