- considering applications for places for doctoral students in the Doctoral Student House
- division of the Scholarship Fund in consultation with the University Economic Committee of the Jagiellonian University Student Government on the basis of rules approved by the Rector of the Jagiellonian University
- determining, in consultation with the Rector, the income thresholds entitling to social scholarships and the amounts of benefits
