How do I elect representatives to the Faculty Councils, Institute Councils and the Council of PH.D. Students’ Association of Jagiellonian University?
1. Draw up a motion to hold elections and collect signatures of at least 5 PH.D. students who are doctoral students at a given organisational unit.
2. The request to hold elections should be submitted to the Office of the Council of PH.D. Students’ Association of Jagiellonian University (Czapskich Street 4/14).
3. The documents necessary for the elections should be collected at the Council of PH.D. Students’ Association of Jagiellonian University’s Office.
4. PH.D. students of the organizational unit determine the date and place of the election and inform the Council of PH.D. Students’ Association of Jagiellonian University Office about it.
5. The date and place of the election is announced on the website of the Council of PH.D. Students’ Association of Jagiellonian University and sent to the doctoral students of the unit by e-mail by the person authorized to conduct the election through the secretariat serving the unit.
6. The detailed procedure and rules for the conduct of elections shall be regulated by the Resolution of The Council of PH.D. Students’ Association of Jagiellonian University of the 23rd of February 2020.
